Spring is in the air! Coincidentally, Lent is drawing to a close. Spring and Easter mark a sense of renewal for me. I don't really make New Year's resolutions anymore, rather, Easter is my marker of a fresh new start. Afterall, Jesus died on the cross to give us life; new beginnings. This year, I chose to give up one of my daily indulgences for Lent and you know what, it wasn't really that bad. This just goes to show that most of the things we deal with in life are just trivial, compared to what's important; God, family, and community. What about you? How are you going to renew yourself?
